This event caters for all levels of ability from those who have never participated in an event before through to seasoned runners. Although there is a competitive element, the event recognises that there are many female runners out there who just want to participate in an event, and do their best and have fun.

This year they have introduced timing gates which enable you to join the start in a position where you are with other women running at the same pace as you, as well as an automatic text with your finishing time as you cross the line.
