Details: This sprint triathlon involves a 500m pool swim, 18km bike and 5km run.

The second Sprint distance Triathlon of the year takes place at Lakes Leisure pool in Kendal, it is an ideal race for beginners and experienced athletes.

If you had the opportunity to experience the race in April, why not come back and improve your time.
