Mud N Madness’ is a mud crawling, heart pounding, adrenaline bursting, mind challenging, obstacle crazy event that will push you to your limits.

Details: However don’t worry if you’re not used to negotiating mud and other obstacles on you usual runs. No experience is necessary just an open mind and a sense of adventure with some guts thrown in for good measure. Enjoy this event either as an individual or create your own teams.

Whilst 7.5km doesn’t sound like too much of a challenge don’t be fooled. The terrain and conditions make this a serious test and all competitors will have certainly earnt their medal and t-shirt by the finish!

The main challenges along the route include: Heartbreak Hill, Take to the water, Trail Run, River Crossing and Adventure challenge to name a few!

Organisers encourage competitors to raise money for charity,with Cancer Research and saint francis hospice the official charities of the event.
