Details: HSBC Triathlon offers something for absolutely everyone looking to get involved in the UK’s fastest growing sport.

With the three most popular tri distances on offer plus a Duathlon and a Scootathlon for the little ones, this ‘festival of multisport’ is perfect whether you’re a seasoned veteran, a complete novice or if you want to take on the challenge as part of a team.

NEW for 2013, a Fun Triathlon distance for ages 11+. The Fun triathlon will be split into a children’s wave and an adult wave so that the youngsters can race together.

The venue for the HSBC Triathlon could not be more perfect. Dorney Lake was the 2012 Olympic Rowing and Canoeing venue and is the number one triathlon location of choice in the South East. The bike and run courses are completely flat and traffic-free while the water for the swim leg is purpose built, clean, clear and calm.

From origins as a corporate event, title sponsors HSBC opened the day up to the general public in order to promote healthy living to as many people as possible. The ethos of the HSBC Triathlon is to get everyone involved in the multisport experience, be it competing, supporting or just taking in the atmosphere on the day.

The HSBC Triathlon is a great opportunity to soak up the atmosphere and get a look at the home of one of the greatest sporting events in the world first hand.

Standard (Olympic) Triathlon: 1500m Swim, 42.4km Bike, 10km Run £79

Standard (Olympic) Relay Team Triathlon: 1500m Swim, 42.4km Bike, 10km Run £97
