Details: After last year’s success, the Cycletta will return this year to encourage even more women to take to their bikes in aid of Macmillan cancer.

Participants have the choice of completing the ‘challenge’ distance of 52-82km or the ‘classic’ distance of 40km or a new shorter race of 20km, making the race accessible for all ages and abilities.

The event offers stunning surroundings with well maintained roads to ensure a safe yet enjoyable ride.

The event is also aimed at being fun for the whole family with 12-16 year olds now being able to race as well as the inclusion of the Scootathlon.

The Sccotathlon is a mini fun triathlon for both boys and girls aged 4-8. It takes place on the same day and consists of a 390m scoot, 390m bike and 250m run.

Spectators are welcomed and encouraged.
