Details: A fun and adventurous 1KM timed assault course, other events include a wild forest run, muddy mayhem, the swamp and 10KM & 5KM off road runs.
This course combines man made obstacles to climb, scramble and jump over including a timed 500m assault course
All competitors get a free t-shirt and goody bag, there are prizes for winners.
Parking is available for everyone.
Minimum age for competitors is 16.
Teams available in men’s, women’s and mixed.
