Challenge two completed! Ten to go…

In the early hours of 31 July I completed my first ever half marathon, and my second challenge in an official time of dot on two hours. This is something I am actually very proud of due to a number of reasons.

Sportsister joined 25,000 runners to take part in a half marathon race at The San Francisco Marathon event. The San Francisco Marathon event is a crown jewel for the city.

Training Stateside

I have now arrived safe and sound in America after a comfortable ten hour flight with a welcomed business class upgrade (my head-phone socket did not work). After landing in Los Angeles I made my way down to San Diego, the birth place of California, located just metres away from the Mexican border.
