Football: 300,000 tickets already sold for 2011 Women’s World Cup

More than 300,000 tickets have already been sold for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2011. 50,000 have been ordered since the start of individual ticket sales on 15 September 2010, with orders arriving from over 20 different countries, including the USA, Japan, South Africa, Australia, Malta and Israel.
