    CrossFit blog: A home workout

    I’ve got a confession to make. Olympic fever finally took its toll on my CrossFit training this week and for the first time since taking it up, I missed a session.

    CrossFit blog: Intervals hurt!

    So far I’ve undertaken a baseline WOD (seeing how long a set amount of reps took me) and an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a set time). This week it was all about intervals.
