I’ve always enjoyed keeping fit; general gym going combined with a fair amount of running has kept me going over the past few years, but now I crave a new challenge. So I’m giving CrossFit a go and bringing fellow Sportsisters along for the ride... Go hard, or go home.

Don’t know your AMRAP from your WOD? Get up to speed with our Getting Started Guide to CrossFit.
