• Olympics for beginners… because now we all want to play!

    Still super inspired by ‘The Most Amazing Games Ever’ (official title!), and in an effort to keep the dream alive, Helen Gray is having a go at every Olympic and, where possible, Paralympic sport that made us all shout, cry, and generally act like small children who had eaten nothing but chocolate Wenlocks for two weeks.

    She will to report back to you on each with how you can get involved, what it’s like to start as an absolute beginner, and what it’s like to train. Who knows, maybe one of us could get on the road to Rio!
