When: March 19th 2010 – March 21st 2010
Where: Scuol, Lower Engadine valley of the Swiss Alps (close to the Austrian and Italian borders).
Details: Lacking in motivation when it comes to running in winter? Snow running could be the answer. As well as improving strength, co-ordination and endurance, it offers an enjoyable way to train in the cold. Up in the mountains of the Swiss Alps the cold air does not affect the body in the same way and so exercise can once again become enjoyable. Snow running courses have a technical component, but are mainly designed to allow participants to revel in the snowy training runs and beautiful scenery.
