A bumper weekend for sport in the UK saw the Women’s Tour take to the street of London, the ITU Triathlon in Leeds and Hockey return to the Capital. Elsewhere, laura Massaro won her second World Series Squash Finals title  and Shauna Coxey extended her lead at the top of the Bouldering World Cup.

Cycling:Katarzyna Niewiadoma wins the OVO Energy Women’s Tour
Jolien D’hoore sprinted to victory on the streets of London as Katarzyna Niewiadoma held onto the OVO Energy Green Jersey to claim the overall victory in the OVO Energy Women’s Tour as it finished at the heart of the capital. The Polish National Champion won the opening stage in Northamptonshire, and has held the race lead ever since, finishing ahead of Luxembourg champion Christine Majerus and British Champion Hannah Barnes, who moved up to third overall thanks to bonus seconds on the final day. Hockey: Alex Danson hits 100th goal as England lose shootout to Netherlands
Captain Alex Danson scored her 100th international goal as England women fought back to draw 2-2 before losing a shoot-out 4-3 to the Netherlands.The Netherlands led 2-0 at half-time thanks to goals from Laura Nunnink and Laurien Leurink in the Olympic Park. Danson fired home her landmark goal before Sophie Bray equalised for the hosts with six minutes remaining. In a see-saw shootout, Netherlands eventually won 4-3 after Nicola White’s stroke was saved. Triathlon: Flora Duffy wins World Triathlon Series in Leeds
Earning her fourth career World Triathlon Series victory and second consecutive win of the season, Flora Duffy (BER) claimed the 2017 Columbia Threadneedle World Triathlon Leeds in a near-perfect race scenario. Squash: Laura Massaro retains PSA World Series Final title
Laura Massaro of England retained her Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Series Finals title after victory against Nour El Sherbini of Egypt this weekend. Massaro secured her second consecutive crown with a straight sets win over the tournament’s second seed at the Dubai Opera House. Full story via InsideTheGames

Climbing: Coxsey extends IFSC Bouldering World Cup lead with victory in Vail
Shauna Coxsey prevailed in the women’s event at the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) Bouldering World Cup in Vail in Colorado. Coxsey finished third in the A-section qualification yesterday behind Slovenia’s Janja Garnbret and Alex Puccio of the United States at the outdoor competition venue at the base of the Vista Bahn gondola in the heart of Mountain Plaza. However, the Briton strengthened her lead atop the Bouldering World Cup rankings with victory in the final. Coxsey topped the podium ahead of Japanese duo Akiyo Noguchi and Miho Nonaka.
