To celebrate last month’s Mental Health Week – Team GB Mindcoach, Natalie Pennicotte-Collier and Karen Gill, blogger, runner and Mental Health ambassador invite you to join their Wellness event, MINDSET360 in Richmond, London – Sunday June 11, 2017.

The workshop MINDSET360 will showcase the best Mental Wealth tools and insight into how neuroscience can work best for you. The inclusive session will include Team GB insight, group hypnotherapy and a Mindful self-compassion workshop.

Karen Gill will share insight into how The Mindcoach Natalie has supported her and how running and nutrition has helped her journey and provide some mind nourishing recipes to takeaway.
