- Sift together all the flours, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and sugar into a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs, then combine the agave, Good Hemp Milk and crème fraîche.
- Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk to a smooth batter.
- Let the batter sit for a few minutes until any lumps disappear.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a knob of butter. Once melted, add a couple table spoons of batter. Wait until the top of the pancake batter begins to bubble. Turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve with raspberries and drizzle with honey.
