Recipe: Quick Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

If you’re looking for a super quick, protein-rich snack after a tough workout, then this mug cake takes less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Serves-1. Time-5 mins

1x The MissFits Chocolate Multitasker
½ tablespoon Cacao Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Egg Whites
1 heaped tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoon Almond Milk (we used cows milk!)

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a mug, microwave for 1-2 minutes et voila!

Sportsister tips
– We added a peanut butter topping by whisking a tablespoon of peanut butter with some hot milk, you could also try honey.
– Use a large mug, our first attempt spilled over the top of the mug!
