Sport is very often an emotional experience, especially if you’ve reached outside your comfort zone and achieved more than you thought possible. This poem by Tony Walsh combined with footage from last years Manchester Great Run perfectly sums up that feeling - we love it. Beware though, you may need a tissue to wipe away a tear!
