Good points:

The REFLECT360 is so reflective that at night it has an almost surreal glow! Motorists certainly won’t miss you when they spot you ahead.

The lining makes the jacket very warm, so very useful on cold nights.

The inclusion of multiple vents prevents overheating.

Bad point:

Good for commuting and medium paced cycling, but could be a little bit warm for race training rides.

Verdict: 5/5

The Proviz REFLECT360 is an innovative way of improving cyclist visibility when commuting in the dark. Including vents on the sides, the front and back of the jacket is a good idea, especially as cycling can always work up a bit of heat after 30 minutes in the saddle. This is an eye-catching option for night riding, while still looking stylish on the bike.
