Sports Nutrition: SuperEnergy Lemon-Raspberry Parfait

What makes a delicious and nutritious dessert even more nutritious? BodyMe’s SuperEnergy Mix just might be the answer.


Parfaits are a quick and tasty way to indulge whilst staying true to training goals. Perfect for breakfast, pudding, or even post-workout snack, the combination of yoghurt and fresh fruit is tried and true. The addition of SuperEnergy Mix is an easy way to get maximum health benefits from this treat.

The Mix combines some of the world’s most effective super foods, including Guarana, Maca, Baobab, Lucuma and Acai, and has been designed to boost energy levels and provide important nutrients to aid performance. Use it in anything: smoothies, juices, and even water. It’s especially delicious when combined with a bit of fruit. This recipe adds the bite of lemon to the parfait to give it an extra punch.

Super Energy Mix - 250g


  • 120 plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tsp BodyMe SuperEnergy Mix
  • 2 tbsp lemon curd
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 450g raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Whisk together the yoghurt, BodyMe SuperEnergy Mix, lemon curd, and raspberry jam, then set aside. Then stir the honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice together until smooth. Add the raspberries and gently stir to cover them with the honey mixture.

Assemble the parfaits in four pint glasses. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture into each glass, then top with berries, then another 3 tablespoons yoghurt, and another layer of berries. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Makes 4 parfaits.
