Triathlon Week: The Tough Crow Triathlon

A number of distances are on offer in this notoriously tough event, if you’ve completed a couple of triathlons and want to push yourself on a tough course, why not give this one a go?

Details:
Taking in some of the most stunning Sussex countryside, this event offers a range of distances and you can enter in a team of three if you need a bit of moral suport.
If you’re not a swimmer then there’s the option of a Duathlon which involves a 5km run, a 20km bike ride and another 2.5km run.
The bike ride will take you out on the beautiful part of the Sussex/Kent countryside and Ashdown Forest and the run is a challenging lapping course around the top of Crowborough the highest point in Sussex.
