#Dailyrun - Running with the dog
Living in a tiny top floor flat in London, for me, it’s not the ideal time to have a dog, (although its definitely on my wish list the day I move back to the countryside), so when I go back to my hometown in Somerset I love to spend time with my friend’s adorable puppy Charlie. Look at his cute little face!

Early this morning I borrowed him for my #dailyrun and we went up the local Mendips to enjoy the fresh Spring air and beautiful sunshine.
It’s quite a trek up to the top, the steep incline on the uneven surface definitely gets your glutes and calves burning, but much like Danielle’s run on Monday, it’s worth the hard work when you see the view waiting at the top.

It was such a clear day; albeit unbelievably windy, and the panoramic view from Wales all the way to Cheddar Gorge was just stunning - I never get tired of it.

Charlie seemed to love it too. Sprinting his little heart out, he was difficult to keep up with, and I definitely ran further than my usual daily four miles, having to chase him down to keep him away from the horses!
Come the end its safe to say we were both exhausted. An hour and a half out running on the bumpy Mendips, it’s no wonder Charlie crashed out when I took him home!
We’d love to hear about your run – you can Tweet, Instagram or Facebook us a picture – each day we have a fab pair of socks from Ron Hill to give away to the best, so get snapping!
