Sisters in the saddle: Rapha women’s 100 2014
The Rapha women’s 100km bike ride is back for it’s second year on Sunday July 20 and there are loads of ways you can join in. There will be organised rides and club rides, or do what I did last year and head out on your own adventure.

This is a global event, so you’ll be in the virtual company of thousands of other women across the world. Last year around 4000 took part and this year Rapha hope to double that number.
Not sure where to start with a ride like this? Then take a look at the training plan and advice from rider Julie Krasniak.
Last year I took part in the London To Brighton ride, so this event was perfectly timed for me to go a little further and complete my longest ride to date. For me it was more like a little excursion, complete with maps, sandwiches and a sense of adventure, and I loved it. Read the blog post about my ride here.

But if you want to take it a little bit more seriously or you would rather take part in an organised ride, (there are several led by Rapha), take a look at the events page to see if there is anything happening near you. Keep checking back too because more events will be added between now and July 20. You can even add your own event as well.
You’ve plenty of time to get ready - so check out all the information on the Rapha website, get inspired and join in - I will be!
