Rugby: England ready to face Wales in penultimate Six Nations match

England Women’s captain Katy Mclean says England are in high spirits ahead of their penultimate Six Nations clash against Wales tomorrow, Friday 7 March.
After two wins and one loss in this season’s Six Nations championship campaign so far, Mclean knows England must get another victory on Friday and hope France come unstuck over the next two weeks if they are to win back the Six Nations crown.
“The girls are in a really good place,” said the England fly half. “We’ve certainly improved in most aspects in the game against Ireland but we still know we aren’t perfect and there are things to work on.
“The aim is to obviously win all our remaining games but there are no easy games in this tournament with all the teams really pushing on.
“Wales are always tough opposition and they’ve had some close results this season pushing both Italy and Ireland, so we know they will be up for it.”
England v Wales will take place at the Twickenham Stoop, kick-off being at 7:30pm. You can catch it live on www.rfu.com/englandwomenlive or BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra.
