Squash: Laura Massaro loses in Tournament of Champions final

Laura Massaro’s bid to win her first J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions title ended in disappointment as world number one Nicol David secured her first ToC trophy on the iconic glass court at New York’s Grand Central Terminal.

The second seed from Lancashire was unable to take a game off the Malaysian superstar, who triumphed 11-4, 13 -11, 11-8 in 46 minutes.
