Yoga videos for cyclists
Keeping strong and flexible is vitally important when you’re out on your bike, and especially in these cold winter months when we can be more prone to feeling stiff and picking up an injury.
Yoga is a fantastic way to build this up, as it not only improves your strength in every phase of your ride, but encourages you to stay more focused when climbing those blasted hills, whilst also helping to release any body tension. Put this all together and it really does make for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience in the saddle.
