Gymnastics: Glasgow World Cup reveals full line-up

Britain’s finest artistic gymnast will take on the world’s best at the 2013 Glasgow World Cup as the full line-up reveal a star-studded cast of competitors for the event on 7 December at Emirates Arena.

Leading the British campaign for World Cup glory will be Ruby Harrold one of the most talked about gymnasts on the world scene.

“I’m really excited to have been invited to compete at the Glasgow World Cup and can’t wait to be performing in front of a passionate home crowd,” said Harrold, who will be making her all-around World Cup debut.

The all-around World Cup is one of the biggest events of the year with an amazing field of gymnasts. I’m hoping to put in a good display to end what has been a really positive 2013 for me.”

The all-around competition sees the female gymnasts compete across four apparatus, with every routine counting to the final total.

Vanessa Ferrari (ITA) – 2006 World Champion (all-around) and two time Olympian
Elizabeth Price (USA) – Two-time 2012 World Cup Champion (Stuttgart & Glasgow)
Ruby Harrold (GBR) – 2013 World Championships finalist (uneven bars)
Carlotta Ferlito (ITA) – 2011 European silver medallist (beam) and 2012 Olympian
Roxana Popa Nedlecu (ESP) – 6th at the 2013 European Championships  (all-around)
Asuka Teramoto (JPN)- 2013 Tokyo World Cup Champion (all-around)
Larisa Iordahce (ROU) Team bronze at the 2012 Olympic Games  & 2013 European Beam Champion
