Here at Sportsister we think Christine Ohuruogu is pretty incredible. As one of the nominees for Sportsister’s Sportswoman of the Year award, she has had an outstanding 2013.

Known as a ‘big-time’ performer Christine certainly pulled it out of the bag when it mattered at the World Championships in Russia this year. Running a new PB of 49.31 she blitzed the opposition with a trademark late surge and clinched the world title, her second World Championship gold medal of her career.
