Badminton: Adcock and White lose in quarter finals of Denmark Open

Chris Adcock and Gabby White took Olympic champions Zhang Nan and Zhao Yunlei to three games yesterday, 18 October, in the quarter-finals of the Yonex Denmark Open before eventually losing 21-23 21-16 21-5 in 62 minutes.

The English pair can look back on a solid week, including victory over the number seven seeds Markis Kido and Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth as they now head for Paris and next week’s Yonex French Open Superseries.
