Triathlon: Emma Pallant wins British Triathlon Super Series

Emma Pallant celebrated winning the British Triathlon Super Series on Sunday 28 July as she recorded yet another Super Series podium finish at the Virgin Active London Triathlon, cementing her place at the top of the 2013 standings.
Emma’s third place at the Virgin Active London Triathlon (an event where she incredibly only started her triathlon career last year) ensured the former runner has finished on the podium in each Super Series race this season.
“It has been a great debut season for me and I am really happy to win the Super Series title in my first year,” she said.
Second place overall went to Heather Sellers, whose sixth place finish in London was enough to move her up the standings to take second place on the podium, and third place overall went to Jenny Manners.
