In an attempt to keep the new year healthy eating regimes going strong past January, Sportsister is going to be running a special ‘Healthy Eating Week’ next week on Sportsister.com.
From February 4 - 10, we’ll be reporting on some of the latest healthy food products, talking about the best food to eat before, during and after exercise, we’ll be blogging about our favourite new recipes and testing out lots of new ones. We’ll also be running daily competitions so you can get your hands on some great foodie items that we’d love to have in our cupboards!
We’ll be posting through all our social media accounts too so that’s another great way to keep up with all the action. So make sure you check back every day for all things healthy eating!
