10:00 Women’s Discus Throw – F51/52/53
Josie Pearson, who finished fifth in the F31/32/51 club throw earlier on in the Games, is back in action for GB today.

19:33 Women’s 100m – T35
Look out for Sophia Warner in lane 6 of this final. She’ll be hoping to go at least one better than her fourth place in the 200m earlier in the Games and gain a podium place. The 38-year-old ran a personal best in the 200m, but favours the 100m as her best chance of success.

21:08 Women’s 1500m – T54
GB has two representatives in this event in the form of Shelly Woods and Jade Jones. Woods, who progressed comfortably through the heats and Jones, who went through as a fastest loser, will be looking to make up for not making it through to the final of the 800m earlier on in the Games.

Cycling



10:30 Women’s Individual H 1-3 Road Race
Karen Darke has already added to Great Britain’s cycling medal haul with silver in the time trials whilst Rachel Morris finished fifth in her event. Can both athletes impose the same dominance on the Individual H 1-3 Road Race?

Swimming

9:40 Women’s 100m Freestyle – S9
Louise Watkin, silver medallist in Beijing, will be looking for a medal today, and will be swimming alongside Claire Cashmore and Lauren Steadman in Heat 1.

10:29 Women’s 50m Butterfly – S6
Look out for Natalie Jones, who claimed her fifth Paralympic medal on winning 200m medley bronze. The final is at 18:30.

11:23 Women’s 50m Freestyle – S12
16-year-old Hannah Russell is in action for GB in Heat 1 and will be aiming to add to the two bronze and one silver medal already claimed at London 2012. The final takes place at 19:55.

11:39 Women’s 200m Ind. Medley – SM13
Rhiannon Henry takes to the pool once more for GB in Heat 1. Can she make the final at 20:24?

20:47 Women’s 4x100m Medley Relay – 34 Points
ParalympicsGB’s Medley Relay team take to the pool for the final.

Wheelchair basketball

Time TBC – Classification Playoff 7/8
GB face Mexico in a final play-off match with seventh place at stake. GB have never finished above eighth at a Games before.

Wheelchair rugby

15:00 Pool Phase Group A

GB face Japan, having already taken on USA and France in the pool games.

Wheelchair tennis

12:00 Medal events
Lucy Shuker and Jordanne Whiley will battle with the Thai duo of Sakhorn Khanthasit and Ratana Techamaneewat for the bronze medal.
