Sportsister loves: Fitness 12 at Stoke Park
There is nothing like a training camp or retreat to kick-start a new season of training, and now one of our favourite brands F12 have teamed up with the five star Stoke Park to create a luxury four day course that is top on our wishlist.
Sportsister is a big fan of Steve Halsall and the F12 team having been lucky enough to attend their triathlon camp in Spain earlier this year (read all about it here), so we were delighted to see that the we can get the same experience nearer to home (Stoke Park is in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire).
What we really love about the F12 experience is their holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, and a major part of this is fantastic healthy food; so it’s great to see that resident chef Chris Wheeler will be continuing the theme with a delicious and healthy menu. Prominent are fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as mouth-watering, homemade yoghurts, salads and fish dishes – yum.
Each day will consist of three fitness sessions and a seminar, as well as time to enjoy Stoke Park’s award-winning spa facilities which raise the bar for luxury and indulgence. Ranked in Tatler’s ‘Top 10 British Spas’, the spa has 11 treatment rooms, a stunning atrium with 5 metre tropical aquarium, Italian marble changing rooms, steam rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.
It sounds amazing, so if you need something to get you set for the Autumn season, or want to get a weight-loss or fitness regime started this could be just the thing for you.
The four day Fitness 12 Retreats at Stoke Park will run from Friday 28th September – Monday 1st October 2012 and Friday 19th October – Monday 22nd October 2012 and cost £ 1325 per person for single room occupancy and £1175 per person for a double or twin room.
To book: Please contact Stoke Park Reservations on 01753 71 71 72 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
