Athletics

11:00 Men’s Marathon Final

In the last athletic event of the 2012 Games, Lee Merrien, who owes his London selection to an online campaign, and Scott Overall compete for Britain.

Basketball

15:00 Men’s Gold Medal Game

Don’t miss the might of the USA as they take on Spain for gold. Bronze medal match (Argentina v Russia) is on at 11:00.

Boxing

14:15 Men’s Welter (69kg) Final

GB’s Freddie Evans faces Serik Sapiyez of Kazakhstan for gold.

15:15 Men’s Super Heavy (+91kg) Final

Team GB’s Anthony Joshua takes on Italy’s Roberto Cammarelle for gold.

Gymnastics – Rhythmic

13:30 Group All Around Final Rotation 1

14:16 Group All Around Final Rotation 2

Women’s Modern Pentathlon

The youngest member of the pentathlon team, 22-year old Samantha Murray and Mhairi Spence, who completed her first tetrathlon when she was just eight, compete for Britain. The schedule for the day is as follows:

12:35 Swimming

14:35 Riding

18:00 Combined event

21:00 Closing Ceremony

With all sorts of huge stars rumoured to be performing, as well as the traditional extinguishing of the Olympic flame and the handover to Rio, the closing ceremony is not to be missed.
