Last week Sportsister readers headed to Chelsea for Boutique Sport’s latest ‘Sport with Style’ event for women, which saw celebrity guest and West End Star, Kerry Ellis in attendance.

Together with lululemon athletica, barrecore and Sportsister, Boutique Sport offered the ladies of London the chance to take part in three different forms of exercise, complete with a post-workout celebration at lululemon athletica’s Chelsea showroom and goody bag to boot.

Boutique ladies were offered the choice of yoga with lululemon athletica ambassador, Mercedes Ngoh, a barrecore class, the latest US trend to hit our shores incorporating yoga, ballet and weight training (read our review here), or a 5k run around the streets of Chelsea courtesy of Boutique Run Club.

Leading lady, Kerry Ellis, opted to take part in yoga at lululemon athletica. A regular when it comes to gruelling work and exercise schedules, Boutique Sport’s yoga based event proved to be the perfect way to relax before her tour with West End Men.

Kerry comments:  “Working in theatre, I’m no stranger to hard work – doing eight shows a week really takes it out of you! Having time to relax in the middle of the chaos is so important to get you in the right frame of mind, which is why yoga is perfect for me. I came along today to Boutique Sport’s yoga session to unwind ahead of what is set to be a very busy month.”

After their workouts, Boutique ladies were treated to a selection of complimentary goodies including Vita Coca 100% coconut water, nail varnish from Filthy Gorgeous London, the July issue of Sportsister mag and chocolate covered Munchy Seeds.

Boutique Sport hosts free events for women across London. For further details regarding Boutique Sport or to request further details about the next event, please visit: http://www.boutiquesport.com
