• About Carrie’s blog

"I should be fit as a fiddle - I love mountain biking and hiking but studying for a couple of degrees alongside a full time job doesn't leave any time to do either. So I find myself reaching 32 years old, overweight, under-fit and tearful at the mental torment both bring. So I'm going to run. Nothing new, nothing unusual, I'm just another girl who's sick of the sedentary life. Join me as I drag myself off the sofa and jog my way towards the starting line of the Great North Run in September 2012."
