"I should be fit as a fiddle - I love mountain biking and hiking but studying for a couple of degrees alongside a full time job doesn't leave any time to do either. So I find myself reaching 32 years old, overweight, under-fit and tearful at the mental torment both bring. So I'm going to run. Nothing new, nothing unusual, I'm just another girl who's sick of the sedentary life.
