We are giving away a family ticket for you to win to see the the World Championships in Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini Trampoline at Birmingham’s NIA.

From 17-20 November, Birmingham’s NIA will welcome around 600 gymnasts from over 40 countries to what is one of the most prestigious in the International Federation of Gymnastics (FIG) calendar.

The event will act as a London 2012 qualifier so is sure to attract a top class field all vying to secure their spot for next year’s Games. It is also the first time the event is being held in the UK since 1967.

Gymansts will be competing across the three disciplines of Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini Trampoline.

And you can be there watching them. We are giving away a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children)
