Sneak preview: Brand new O’Neill activewear

August 24, 2011

Best known for their surf and snow wear, O’Neill has announced it’s launching a new activewear collection just for women.

O'Neill-365Called O’Neill 365 the collection combines a full range of workout gear with what they claim to be the most technically advanced fabrication on the market: 3XDRY®.

We are yet to test the line so we can’t comment on that but the photos that we have seen suggest this is going to be a very welcome addition to the fitness market. The only bad news… it’s not out until spring next year so you’ll have to wait to get your hands on it.

It’s been co-designed with 11 time Olympic medallist swimmer Natalie Coughlin and she is also going to be an ambassador for the range which includes fitted sports bras, racer back support tanks, stylized hooded sweatshirts, stretch capri bottoms, shorts, slouchy pants, and on trend jackets.

The collection falls into three distinctive performance categories:

Action: essential quality pieces with everyday style, designed to function through moderate to high-impact activities.

Agility: true performance collection with amazing fits and fabrications that help create a comfortable, focused workout; featuring the new 3XDRY® fabrication in select styles.

Forward: fashionable layering styles that transition from the gym to the street — truly created for 365 days of the year.
