We are giving away a days water sports action, including windsurfing and stand up paddle boarding, for you and a friend.

FLOW (For Ladies Of Watersports) and W4CR (Windsurfing 4 Cancer Research) have teamed up to provide ‘Go with the FLOW: For Female Cancer Care’ a fun day on the water for budding to experienced waterwomen, with a whole host of exciting activities, raising money for Breast Cancer Care and ovarian cancer research run by Cancer Research UK.

We would like to offer one lucky Sportsister reader 2 free places, for herself and a friend to come along to Go with the FLOW: For Female Cancer Care at Hove Lagoon, East Sussex. The two of you will be booked in for windsurfing and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) lessons, with other women, taught by women. You will also be able to take part in the land based activities including yoga, fitness, cup cake eating, bracelet making and much more.

The event takes place on September 24 at Hove Lagoon Watersports centre.

As the event is in aid of charity we are encouraging any women coming along to donate to the chosen charities via the W4CR/FLOW fund, however there will be no stipulated donation fund for the prize winners. Winners will be contacted via email, attendance must be confirmed via email within one week of contact.
