These cycling shoes are designed to be used with road bikes in either 2-bolt SPD or 3-bolt cleat systems. Lightweight and with a comfortable, contoured fit they are suitable all levels of rider and are mid range within Specialized’s extensive selection. Our tester was a total novice to cycling shoes and found them very easy to get used to.
The design features performance-enhancing Body Geomotry ergonomics in the outsole and footbed. There are also ventilation holes on the sole either side of the cleat attachment points and mesh on the upper to keep feet cool and ventilated.

CRAFT Bike Bra
Price: £31.00
A first for the bike world is this sports bra from Craft that’s been designed specifically for
cycling. We’ve tried bras designed for running, racket sports and ball sports thanks to Shock Absorber but this is the first one where the focus is on creating the perfect shape for the specific, forward-leaning position on a bike. Narrow shoulder straps and the wide cut-out around the shoulders are perfectly shaped to avoid chafing. And as cycling is a relatively static sport for the upper half of the body the amount of body control material has been reduced and instead a more cooling, super light fabric is used.
