To celebrate this year’s Ricoh Women’s British Open Sportsister has teamed up with the Championship Organisers to offer three lucky readers the chance to win a fantastic pair of season tickets to attend the event.

The Ricoh Women’s British Open is one of the most exciting Majors in golf. As the only women’s Major played outside the US it is the most international with the 2010 field boasting players from 22 different nations, including the world’s top 20.

The famous Carnoustie Golf Links plays host to this year’s Championship for the first time, which is played from July 28-31, 2011, and last year’s winner, Yani Tseng from Taiwan, will be looking to defend her title against an exciting field boasting the world’s top players.

European number one Suzann Pettersen, American Michelle Wie, South Korean sensation, Jiyai Shin and home favourite and 2009 Champion Catriona Matthew are just some of the star names that will grace North East Scotland in an event that promises to be one of the highlights in this year’s golfing calendar.
