Five lucky readers can win a white water rafting experience at the Lee Valley White Water Centre. This world class Centre is the only brand new London 2012 venue that people can use and enjoy before the Games, so thrill seekers will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to raft the white water rapids before the world’s best athletes arrive.

The Centre is bringing the Rockies to the UK and giving rafters an unforgettable day out rafting wild rapids. All the equipment you need will be provided and full instruction given by qualified guides.

From a calm first run, that is a fast paced top to bottom decent designed to get you used to the feel of the boat, the fear factor will be stepped up a few gears for each run of the course. By your final run you’ll be surfing, high siding, spinning and nose dunking with the very best!

Please note the height and weight restrictions - White Water Rafters must be:

Competent and confident swimmers; at least fourteen (14) years old; in good physical health; and have a chest size larger than eighty-four (84) centimetres/thirty-three (33) inches and less than one hundred and twenty (120) centimetres/fifty (50) inches & maximum weight of eighteen (18) stone/one hundred and fifteen (115) kilograms
