Nightrider London
In the dead of the night on the 11th June fellow sportsister Clarissa Goodwin and I will be meeting at Alexandra Palace to take our places in London Nightrider.
The 100km route will take us past over fifty of London’s most famous landmarks including Tower Bridge, a deserted City of London, Canary Wharf, The London Eye, Hampstead Heath, Piccadilly Circus, the House of Parliament and Buckingham Palace and all of it by the light of the moon (and my knog lights no doubt).
I’m really excited about this event. I love deserted streets and between 11:30pm and 6am will certainly be relatively deserted save for a few party casualties staring in blank confusion at us in our lycra.
