Details: The 31st European Athletics Indoor Championships are set to take place in Palais Omnisport Paris-Bercy (POPB) and will showcase some of the best Athletes from across Europe across a number of disciplines.

It will prove to be a make or break event for many in the run up to the 2012 Olympics on home soil, with top British talent such as Jessica Ennis and Dwain Chambers who will be looking to defend his European 60m title.

The POPB has been hailed as a top-class venue to organise major athletics competitions following its successful hosting of the 1985 World Indoor Games, 1994 European Athletics Indoor Championships and 1997 World Indoor Championships.

The 2011 European Athletics Indoor Championships will continue the tradition of major international events at the POPB, with the added bonus of athletes competing on a brand new athletics track following recent renovations.
