Details: The Welsh Senior Indoor Championships will be the first occasion to see the athletes who competed at the XIX Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India, take part in a Championship event on Welsh soil.

As one of the highlights of the Indoor season, the Indoor Championships will see a competitive field including the likes of Joe Thomas and Ryan Spencer-Jones, finalists in the 800m and Shot Put in Delhi. Other strong points of the athletes’ roster include 1,500m specialist Steve Davies, young star Caryl Granville, who at her age can already claim a UK Championships bronze medal in the 400m Hurdles, and sprinter/jumper Rhiannon Yates.

Joe, Ryan, Caryl and all other athletes will be available for interviews after their respective event.
