Details: The Chinese leg of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup will see some of the world’s top track cyclists fly around the Laoshan Velodrome, Beijing.
At each World Cup round both men and women will line up in five specialties: the individual sprint, the keirin and the omnium, as well as the team sprint and the team pursuit.
Competition has already started strong, with the Melbourne and Cali legs already having taken place. The final stage takes place in Manchester at the historic Manchester Velodrome.
Britain’s cycling stars will be the ones to watch, led by Chris Hoy and Victoria Pendleton.
