We don’t all have time to fit an extensive workout session into our lives, so how does one minute a day sound? The LegMaster works by engaging over 200 lower body muscles simultaneously to lift your whole body weight up against gravity.
This ‘all-out’ effort leads to intense muscle fatigue in a matter of seconds which is why a minute a day might not seem like a lot, but trust us – you will definitely feel your legs working in those 60 seconds!
With adjustable weights, you can change the intensity of your workout as your muscles get more used to the exercise. If you’re looking for a piece of kit to add to your collection, this is a good choice for its target area. Make sure you have the space though as it is a big piece of equipment.

You’re hands really do bear the brunt when the temperature drops and there’s nothing worst than painful fingers that refuse to function. Keep them wrapped up in these gloves that are light, fully breathable and with a reflective logo to prevent you developing icicles for fingers after a session in the great outdoors.
