One lucky Sportsister reader can win two places on the new GirlzRun Women’s Running Workshop in Regents Park, London on 26th June.
Everyone who enters the competition, also gets £20 off the price of the workshop.
Aimed at beginner and intermediate runners, the GirlzRun Women’s Running Workshop is the first of it’s kind. Led by double Olympic Marathon Runner Liz Yelling, the workshop will provide all the advice, coaching and support you need whatever your running ability.
“We hope to reach out to women of all shapes, sizes and abilities’ says Liz ‘and give them the tools and skills they need to take up running properly and learn to love it as much as we do. When it comes to running we are knowledgeable, passionate and inspiring and want to share that with as many women as possible. We also understand how hard it can be to take those first steps.”
