Sue Smith has over 80 caps for England and plays her club football in the premier league for Leeds Carnegie Ladies. Over the next few months she will be blogging exclusively for Sportsister about what life’s like as one of the county’s top footballers.
She is currently training towards the world cup in 2011 and then the Olympics in 2012.
She was a part of the fantastic 2009 Euro Championships squad that reached the final, eventually losing to Germany and is a part of the current world cup qualifying campaign squad.
