Where: Dorney Lake, Eton

Details: The fourth Shock Absorber Women Only Triathlon is in support of Breast Cancer Care. The event will be held at the Olympic rowing venue for the 2012 Olympic Games. Dorney Lake offers a clean open water swim, followed by a closed bike loop around the lake, and finally the run goes down the side of the lake. Your family and friends will be able to see you on each lap.

The options are:

Novice Triathlon: 200m Swim, 5km Bike, 2.5km Run

Sprint Triathlon: 400m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run

Challenge & Relay Triathlons: 800m Swim, 30km Bike, 7.5km Run
